The Fifth Session of the 13^th CPPCC National Committee and the Fifth Annual Session of the 13^th NPC will be held in Beijing on March 4^th and 5^th, respectively. Deputy to the NPC Zeng Qinghong, Party Secretary and Chairman of GAC Group, submitted 6 proposals on supply chain stabilization, independent development, “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality” goals, rural revitalization, individual income tax adjustment and legal perfection involving automobile industry, national welfare and the people’s livelihood, etc. He was also proactive in offering advice and suggestions on building a great modern socialist country and promoting high-quality development.
